Karla's Apple Rub Country Style BBQ Rib Fajitas

1 pkg country style ribs
1 pkg of apple rib rub spice
1 pkg of flour tortillas
1 pkg of frozen onions with green and red peppers
1 bottle of Kc Masterpiece hot n spicy or your favorite sauce

You start out by marinating the ribs with the rib rub. JUst take your fingers and rub it on the meat on both sides and let it sit over night in the refrigerator. Cover with plastic wrap.

Cook ribs on gas grill  by turning burners on high to get grill going and all the old stuff cooked off. then turn to low and wait to let it cool down some. So meat doesn't stick to grill or take a brush and brush on some oil. Some gas grills cook faster then others so time might be a little different for yours.  Smell that smell don't you love the smell of bbq?
Charcoal grill by adding charcoal in a single layer. Layer the floor then the next level and so on until narrowing up like a tepee. Put on some charcoal fuel and light. Let the coals get white on them so it burns off the fuel. Keep  spray bottle of water near. In case fire flares up.

Now it's time to put the ribs on and turning them only once at half time or if you are a turner turn every few mins till you get your desired temp of meat.  I do it both ways. If I have time i'm a turner if I don't I go finish what i am doing and come back at half time and turn. I'd say it takes at least 20-30 mins or longer depending on  hot your fire is.

Let meat kool and cut into bite size pieces. Add to a pan add 1/2 pkg of frozen onions peppers and enough KC bbq sauce or your favorite to the mixture and stir while adding so you can see your desired amount.

Assembling your fajitas
warm a  half pkg of tortillas in microwave for 30 secs
or one by one on stove top on a flat surface for a few sec on each side.
then grab a tortilla and fill it with the meat mixture roll it fold it whatever or however you desire to eat it. You'll love it. You can't eat just one that's how good they are.

Freeze the rest or put in lunches for the next day. Enjoy!!
